Job Type:
Full-time


Salary:
$60, $85,000.00 per year


Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts


Work Location:
On the road


Primary Responsibilities:

• Basic plumbing
• Drywall
• Carpentry
• Painting/decorating
• Flooring inspection/repairs
• Roof inspection/repairs
• And more

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience as a Handyman

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Must have the ability to estimate and perform all repairs
• Skilled in drywall installation with expertise in achieving precise and highquality finishes
• Proficient in both rough and finish carpentry and skilled in various carpentry techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize
• Flexibility and adaptability to work both in a team environment and independently
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
• Ability to work flexible hours if needed
• Capacity to identify and resolve complex issues
• Comfort working in a fastpaced environment
• Proficiency in performing detailed work and meeting deadlines
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
