We are currently seeking a Coordinator (m/w/d) for functional diagnostics at our Bad Langensalza location, starting as soon as possible, in a full-time position.

Your responsibilities:


  • Scheduling appointments (Medical Care Center GmbH and Hufeland Klinikum GmbH)
  • Coordinating appointments in the patient information system calendar
  • Organizing patient planning
  • Being the point of contact for other professional groups (medical staff, nursing, administration) regarding patient coordination
  • Preparing letters from dictation or templates, including corrections
  • Preparing simple letters
