Position Description:
The Stewardship Coordinator will assist the Director of Donor Relations as well as the extended donor relations team with the donor stewardship process.
This includes but is not limited to the creation of donor appreciation materials, the creation and distribution of artwork from our clients, as well as the administrative duties necessary to execute large scale donor stewardship initiatives.
The Stewardship Coordinator will also help to maximize the efficiency of the donor relations team by conducting donor research and assisting with general office procedures associated with the solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship of donors.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- One year of administrative experience.
- Must have excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft suite.
- Experience with data entry.
- Must be detailoriented with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks, set deadlines, and complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining high level of performance.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. This includes but is not limited to the ability to create and edit donor correspondence with correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Some experience with fundraising or sales preferred.
- Basic graphic design experience a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite.
- Familiar with database management tools.
