Melvin 'ViaNobis - Integration Assistance' is a facility of Katharina Kasper ViaNobis GmbH.

We are currently looking to expand our multidisciplinary team and are seeking a pedagogical specialist or nursing specialist (m/f/d) to join us on a part-time basis %) or on a 520€ basis.

Your responsibilities will include providing pedagogical support within the framework of individual care, as well as utilizing client-centered communication and crisis and conflict interventions according to the PART model.

You will also be responsible for promoting independence and setting realistic goals in accordance with BEI_NRW. Additionally, you will serve as a coordinating and instructing specialist for treatment care tasks. As our clients and residents require support on weekends and holidays, you will work in shifts with your colleagues.

We are currently in a test project to introduce a 5-day work week, which will be implemented in all special living arrangements.

To be considered for this position, you should have a degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy, or a completed training in Special Education, as an Educator (m/f/d), Nursing Specialist (m/f/d), or Family Caregiver (m/f/d).

Ideally, you will also have professional experience working with people with intellectual disabilities. We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, resourceful, and has strong communication and teamwork skills.
