Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced climber/Arborist to join our team. As our 2nd lead climber, you will be responsible for the assessment, pruning and remov of trees and shrubs. Ensuring job safety. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.


Duties:

• Perform tree care tasks such as pruning, trimming, shaping and removal
• Conduct tree risk assessments and identify potential hazards
• Use specialized equipment such as chainsaws, rigging gear, and trucks for tree maintenance
• Provide expert advice on tree care and maintenance to clients
• Collaborate with leadership team to ensure proper integration of trees into garden designs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Arborist or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of tree species, diseases, and treatments
• Proficiency in using specialized equipment such as chainsaws, rigging gear, and chip trucks
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and lawn care practices
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to tree work
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
