Position:
Full-time Member Relations Representative I/Head Teller

As a Member Relations Rep I Head Teller, you are responsible for assisting the supervisor/manager with management of teller line while provideing high quality service to members and perform a variety of teller duties involved in the general operation of the credit union.

This includes but is not limited to processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, vault balancing and duties, and handling member complaints.

In addition, you are responsible for needs-based selling, retention, development, and expansion of member relationships.

• At least 2 years of teller experience required.
• 3 6 months vault experience
• This position receives crosstraining.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen.

**Full
- time**: Monday-Friday, 8:50 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch; non-exempt (this branch does not work Saturdays).
