The Customer Service and Order Management Representative at Holbrook-Associated, Inc. is a key member of our office team.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Communication of information among our sales team
  • Entering data accurately for order processing
  • Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve overall satisfaction
  • Identifying proper channels, tools, and procedures to achieve customer and vendor satisfaction
  • Providing accurate information to the customer or vendor
  • Coordinating the postsale transaction of product and paperwork
