Position Summary:


As a Fleet Maintenance Analyst (FMA) for Pyle you will work with Fleet Maintenance leadership to understand current business processes and utilize data to support current and new processes.

Investigate, troubleshoot, correct data and user related system errors, and ensure data integrity. FMA will serve as the primary Administrator for the Fleet Maintenance software.


The responsibilities of the position include, but are
not limited to:

  • Serves as the primary administrator for the fleet maintenance program using new technologies.
  • Identifies, automates, and validates the extraction of new metrics from diverse data sources, in collaboration with key stakeholders, to support forthcoming analyses and reports.
  • Critically thinking through problems by appropriately prioritizing initiatives, designing project scope and assessing viability of solutions

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field
  • Proficiency and or willingness to become proficient in these tools within 4 weeks of hiring in the following programs:
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • MS PowerPoint
  • Possessing key reports and technical writing skills
  • Experience with Fleet Maintenance software
  • Experience with Sequel Viewpoint, SQL, VBA or other database systems a plus
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills in order to articulate user needs clearly across functions
  • Ability to demonstrate selfconfidence and clearly communicate when presenting findings and recommendations to project stakeholders
