- ED Medical Director.
- Will be employed as 1099 Independent Contractor.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Medical Director or Medical Director for Emergency Department.
- Must be Board-Certified in Emergency Medicine.
- Must be willing to cover 12 clinical shifts each month. (Mix of days and nights)
- 12-hour Shift.
- Up to $7500 monthly directorship stipend.
- Provide professional oversight for advanced practice nurses and/or physician assistants.
- Serve as a resource for consultation and referral for all mid-level providers and nursing staff.
- Consult and participate, when possible, in training and educating the staff.
- Participate in all staff, management, and board of directors' meetings as requested or necessary.
- Provide professional perspective and direction in development of the health care plan and strategic plan of the Clinic.
- Collaborate in ensuring the viability of the organization through the oversight of provider productivity, development of the annual budget, participation as a member of the administrative management team and participation in the processes of grant writing and funding opportunities.
