Description
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Review all invoices for proper documentation and approval before payment
  • Process all invoices within the JD Edwards System
  • Handle US Dollar and foreign currency wires
  • Assist in monthly closings
  • Obtain approvals on ACH's through the bank account
  • Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files
  • Conduct electronic filing
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure accurate data entry in the ERP system
  • Examine and process employee expense reports
Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One to three years of experience in Accounts Payable, accounting, or a related field (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with month, quarter, and year-end closings
