Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team.
As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the dentist and dental hygienist to provide quality dental care to our patients.
This is Part Time position. Tuesday, Wednesdays & Saturdays. Flexibility needed with hours.- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including preparing the treatment area and sterilizing instruments
- Take and develop dental xrays
- Prepare materials for impressions and restorations
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and posttreatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of dental systems, infection control, and aseptic technique
- Proficient in dental assisting procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
