AL Group is looking for a motivated Account Representative to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA.

The Account Representative is responsible for prospecting new business and working with existing clients. This position will be based in our Woodland Hills, CA office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Full time only:

Schedule Pay:
$2,400 monthly base pay + 4% Commission - paid biweekly

Example:
$1,000,000 closed transactions = $40,000 commission + $1,200 = $41,200 for that pay period
(2 pay periods per month)

Monday 8:30am

4:30pm

Tuesday 8:30am

4:30pm

Wednesday 8:30am

4:30pm

Thursday 8:30am

4:30pm

Friday 9am-4pm
Open office Saturdays for the hustlers

The Sales Professional will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Educating clients on our products and services
Transferring qualified prospects to Account Executives
Providing exceptional customer service

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional voice.
Strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask.
Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred. Salesforce or similar is a plus (but not required).
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PowerPoint. Experience using CRM software is a plus (but not required).

Conservative/ Republican virtues are a plus
High call volume
Willingness to learn new sales techniques
Proven track record of success in sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of precious metals and the industry a plus
