    CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE

    We are seeking a well-spoken Customer Care Associate for an immediate career opportunity in the furniture industry at our Marlton, NJ distribution center.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    · Answer all questions, calls and emails in a timely manner.

    · Demonstrates the skills and product knowledge required to perform job functions.

    · Knowledge and use of electronic catalog and website.

    · Research and resolve and customer inquiries.

    · Able to articulate e-mail, fax, and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner.

    · Support Customer Care Operations from our dealers and team members.

    · Order Entry on a daily basis.

    · Check order status/electronic orders.

    · Provide product information and pricing.

    · Process credits, return authorizations and factory charge backs.

    · Submit changes or cancellations on orders.

    · Track shipments.

    · Initiate freight claims.

    · Ability to navigate AS400 system.

    · Schedule factory drops.

    · Update customer experience center with relevant inquiries.

    · Assists customers in showroom as needed.

    · Participates in Literature Room inventory/order literature.

    · Reviews appropriate daily reports.

    · Document filing.

    · Monitor stock levels.

    · Follow and adhere to department/company guidelines

    · Maintain the Showroom to the highest degree by updating product displays.

    · Track inventory, budgets, catering supplies, etc. to ensure the Showroom is prepared for all activities.

    · Attend weekly meetings with Supervisor.

    · Provide issue resolution to customers and ensure key information is documented in our customer and ordering system.

    · Communicate with dealers, vendors, distribution centers, and designers using positive and professional email etiquette and phone skills.

    Requirements

    · Superior verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.

    · Strong attention to detail, to ensure purchase orders are placed in a timely manner and any questions regarding purchase orders are handled properly.

    · Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities to meet deadlines and changing goals.

    . High school diploma or GED

    . 6 months of related experience or military equivalent.
