Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and competent Office Clerk, Office Communications Clerk, or equivalent, to join our team at our Strattanville, PA location.
Your responsibilities will include:
Billing Services:
- Creating cost estimates
- Maintaining data for employers and assistants
- Generating payroll statements
- Communicating and corresponding with insurance companies, tax authorities, etc.
- Completing various forms
General administrative tasks:
- Receiving and distributing mail
- Answering and forwarding phone calls/messages to appropriate colleagues
- Assisting with office management and organization
- Supporting preparations for public relations
- Maintaining, coordinating, and updating member database
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Performing other assigned office tasks
Desired qualifications:
- Completed commercial training
- Responsible, conscientious, and able to work independently
- Organized, detailoriented, and punctual
- Motivated and reliable
- Proficient in German language
- Proficient in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
- Good communication skills with colleagues and superiors
- Problemsolving skills
- Ability to handle stress
- Empathy and understanding for the needs of employees and customers
