Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for municipal energy providers (tariff and contract)


Responsibilities:


  • Telephone customer service
  • Recording of customer data, meter readings
  • Explanation of annual statements
  • Information on account balance
  • Maintenance of customer master data
  • Clarification of discrepancies in invoices and reminders

Requirements:


  • Professional experience in commercial areas
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Good PC skills
