Your Responsibilities

Boys Town is currently seeking a new addition to our R&D team for a 3-month period, working 20 hours per week, to assist with data management and data backup. As part of the team, you will support your colleagues in reviewing and securing all relevant R&D data from archives and local folder systems. This position will be located on-site.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing archive folders for mixed and customer-related data
  • Scanning relevant data in coordination with colleagues
  • Reviewing data from series monitoring
  • Partially transferring test data manually and creating informative overviews
  • Assigning data to the corresponding SharePoint in MS Teams

Your Profile
  • Students from all fields of study
  • Previous experience in IT or data management preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Independent and structured work style
