- Provide administrative support to department staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee departmental processes and workflows, proactively identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Prepare and compile reports and presentations as required.
- Support Point of Sale software operations
- Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures, including manuals and standards documentation.
- Coordinate the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment.
- Review departmental tracking, revenue, and billing accuracy.
- Assist in orchestrating catering events across the company.
- Coordinate special promotions for Brio Dining Services
- Aid in training initiatives for team members and contribute to the implementation of departmental programs and standards.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years of administrative experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service or related field preferred.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation principles, preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
