The Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Baden-Württemberg, with its over 22,000 doctors and psychotherapists, organizes the outpatient medical care for more than nine million insured persons of the statutory health insurance in Baden-Württemberg.

The tasks of our approximately 2,000 employees are diverse and varied, as our responsibility is for the most valuable asset of all:
our health.

For our legal department, we are currently seeking a temporary
Legal Assistant (m/f/d) for Appeals at our location in Stuttgart, starting as soon as possible

The main responsibilities include:

Managing and monitoring appointments and followups
Paginating, copying, and compiling administrative documents for legal proceedings according to general guidelines
Maintaining lists and databases
Organizational support in answering general legal questions from members, the board of directors, management, or other departments
Conducting legal research
Receiving legal inquiries from our members by phone and forwarding them to the responsible lawyers

We look forward to your application if you:

Have successfully completed training as a legal assistant (m/f/d), judicial clerk (m/f/d), social insurance clerk (m/f/d), or healthcare management clerk (m/f/d)
Have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar environment
Are familiar with the main tasks and processes of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Baden-Württem
