The Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Baden-Württemberg, with its over 22,000 doctors and psychotherapists, organizes the outpatient medical care for more than nine million insured persons of the statutory health insurance in Baden-Württemberg.

For our legal department, we are currently seeking a temporary
Legal Assistant (m/f/d) for Appeals at our location in Stuttgart, starting as soon as possible
The main responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring appointments and followups
- Paginating, copying, and compiling administrative documents for legal proceedings according to general guidelines
- Maintaining lists and databases
- Organizational support in answering general legal questions from members, the board of directors, management, or other departments
- Conducting legal research
- Receiving legal inquiries from our members by phone and forwarding them to the responsible lawyers
We look forward to your application if you:
- Have successfully completed training as a legal assistant (m/f/d), judicial clerk (m/f/d), social insurance clerk (m/f/d), or healthcare management clerk (m/f/d)
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar environment
- Are familiar with the main tasks and processes of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Baden-Württem
