We are searching for an
Admissions Administrative Assistant (Temporary) to join our esteemed client's dynamic team and support their Office of Records and Registration.

We are looking for someone to fill this position for our client ASAP.


MUST be Local to Baltimore, MD

8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday ONSITE

Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities**:


  • Access college transcripts via Admissions database and accurately enter transfer credits into the Student Records System in Peoplesoft.
  • Produce a high volume of transcript evaluations daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication with students regarding their transfer credits upon completion of the evaluation process.
  • Maintain an electronic tracking system for all transfer evaluations, preliminary reports, update notifications, and transcripts for both new and readmit transfer students.
  • Assist staff and faculty with common transfer issues, providing guidance on current transfer policies and regulations.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Office of Records and Registration.

Qualifications:


  • Must possess a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transcript evaluation and data entry processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, staff, and faculty.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with Admissions databases and Student Records Systems, particularly Peoplesoft (
    Preferred).
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within an educational institution (
    Preferred).
