We are a leading dealer and distributor of overhead garage doors. The **Customer Service Professional
- **position is open in our Framingham location. We seek a professional, reliable, outgoing individual with great communication, service and organizational skills. Opportunity for advancement.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling sales and service calls
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Customer service
  • Office projects
  • Showroom assistance
  • Support Sales Representatives

Qualifications:

  • Great communication and phone skills
  • Computer skills and ability to learn our computer program
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organized
  • Professional and dependable
  • Must be able to work in a sales and service office environment with others
  • Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word Experience preferred


The
Customer Service Professional positon is a full-time, hourly position with a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for advancement and paid time off.
