THE POSITION:

We are seeking an Account Executive who would enjoy working for a company that makes a difference in the geriatric population's lives in communities across the nation.

This position is responsible for business development and client retention.

The Account Executive position is a remote position with required frequent travel throughout the states of Connecticut and Maryland.
This employee must reside in the state of Connecticut to allow for easy travel in the territory.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:


  • Generates and develops new skilled nursing facility contracts to meet specified production goals.
  • Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
  • Negotiates contracts and work agreements.
  • Generates weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, tracking work as specified by manager.
  • Participates in important business/trade events that impact business unit.
  • Promotes company endorsed programs and services within assigned territory.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Two to three years related sales experience.
  • Valid Driver's License with no significant moving violations in the last 5 years.
  • Must be able to obtain a stateissued insurance license within 60 days of hire (Aria Care Partners will provide the course study and associated testing fees).
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%.
