Key Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently handle approximately 100 cases, collaboratively working within our team and
  • Draft and review legal documents; subpoenas, medical records, and chronologies, ensuring timely and precise management.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient filing systems meeting or exceeding deadlines.
  • Proficiently utilize office equipment and legal software for enhanced productivity.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years experience in personal injury case management, specifically with subpoenas, medical records, and chronology.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in legal documentation, efiling, and legal softwares.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Starting salary of $65,000 plus quarterly bonuses.
