The Operations Manager is crucial for providing overall guidance to non-exempt airport staff, overseeing operational performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, nurturing employee culture, promoting safety and service excellence, managing budgets, and handling vendor relationships. They also supervise fleet availability and revenue generation.



Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be 20 years of age or older.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong computer skills are a must.
  • Multi-tasking is required.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • 1-3 years of previous management and sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to motivate a Team and work effectively with senior leadership.
