Job summary
As an HRIS Analyst II you will play a pivotal role in advancing the strategic functionality of the organization's HRIS department Drive system-related initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Contribute to system maintenance activities including the review testing deployment and communications of changes within any UKG modules Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement enhancements and resolve technical issues Support the accurate collection validation and integration of HR data within the UKG Assist in the design delivery of HRIS reports dashboards that inform strategic HR business decisions Ensure data outputs are accurate actionable presented user-friendly format Create maintain comprehensive training resources system documentation Collaborate identify deploy opportunities workflow automation operational efficiency Support deployment streamlining processes improve user experience Investigate resolve system issues process inefficiencies Execute scheduled activities recommend alternative solutions meet evolving business requirements Other duties assigned
