    The Sales Director is a highly visible and integral role in our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth for our end client business. This role will identify prospects and build pipelines based on targeted account research in order to present and close new business opportunities to achieve annual quota and revenue goals.

    Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

    • Identify new business opportunities and key stakeholders
    • Guide deals swiftly and diligently through our sales process from discovery to close
    • Consistently build current and next quarter pipeline via events, target account research, social media prospecting and other lead generation activities
    • Maintain pipeline with diligence and timeliness to support accurate reporting and forecasting for current & future quarters
    • Demonstrate timely actioning with inbound leads, proposal delivery and prospect follow-up
    • Consistently meet quarterly and annual quota and revenue goals
    • Deliver compelling presentations, RFPs and demonstrations of our insight solutions
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level Account contacts and champions
    • Multi-thread deals with multiple stakeholders and have keen understanding of deal viability using sales best practices
    • Work closely with SDRs to strategically target accounts
    • Engage with internal stakeholders to collaborate on opportunities, share best practices and partner with cross-functional teams

    What Success Looks Like:

    Success in the role of Sales Director is defined by achieving and exceeding revenue targets through effective lead generation, deal management, and relationship building. It entails consistently meeting or surpassing quarterly and annual quota and revenue goals while maintaining a robust pipeline through targeted account research and lead generation activities. Success also involves developing and nurturing strong relationships with senior-level Account contacts and champions, multi-threading deals with multiple stakeholders, and collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to drive business opportunities and share best practices. Ultimately, success is measured by the ability to drive revenue growth for the organization's end client business while maintaining a high level of professionalism and diligence in all sales activities.

    The MUST Haves: (ex: skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

    • Minimum Four or more (4+) years of experience in market research sales.
    • Two or more (2+) years prior experience selling research technology/Insights solutions or Consumer insights tools.
    • Functional knowledge of CRM platforms
    • Proven track record of excellence with year over year quota attainment
    • Experience selling into Fortune 5000 brands
    • Experience selling 6-figure contracts

    The Nice to Haves: (preferred additional skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

    • BA or BS degree preferred

    Pay Transparency:

    The anticipated on-target earnings range for this position is $165,000 to $195,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the specifics of the commission plan, the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US sales and account management job postings reflect the possible earning of base salary and commissions only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

    Prodege offers a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insurance. Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees receive an option to purchase shares of Company stock commensurate with their position, which vests over four years.
