    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in Industrial Automation & Manufacturing to drive our company's growth.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record in promoting and selling strategic technology solutions, business consulting services, or strategic services to executive contacts within the Manufacturing sector.
    • Experience engaging with companies specializing in machinery, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage complex, multi-year, multi-tier deals with Manufacturing industry leaders.
    • Success in securing deals of $1M or higher, showcasing a strong ability to drive significant business growth.
    • Deep understanding of the Manufacturing domain, including industry-specific challenges, trends, and technological advancements.
    • Familiarity with regulatory issues and requirements specific to automation and manufacturing for ensuring compliance and strategic advantage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with (potential) customers.
    • Gain a deep understanding of Dies and Machinery products.
    • Secure customer-generated purchase orders to meet or exceed annual goals.
    • Continually reach out to prospective customers based on leads from business directories and other sources.
    • Maintain and submit appropriate records for forecasting, quote status, and expenses.
    • Assist in developing solutions to customer needs.
    • Support all aspects of sales and marketing, including market research, lead generation, value proposition development, and communication.
    • Assist in marketing efforts such as trade show participation, marketing collateral development, and involvement in trade associations.
    • Support aftermarket sales efforts.
    • Set goals and align activities to support them effectively.

    Travel Requirement:

    • Travel to and from customers and prospective customers will be required.

    Salary and Benefits:

    • $130,000 - $175,000 annually
    • Comprehensive benefit's package offered.
