Service Center Manager (m/f/d):

with leadership experience in full-time or part-time.


Your responsibilities:


  • Managing the team with the goal of providing outstanding service while adhering to all SLAs and KPIs
  • Responsibility for personnel matters of employees
  • Potentially responsible for and leading individual projects for continuous process improvement

What you should bring:


  • Business degree (business administration/human resources) or completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in the human resources field
  • Experience in human resources and leadership
  • Basic knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Ability to achieve optimal results even under changing conditions
  • Strong quality and support mindset
