Responsibilities:

Coordination and monitoring of technically demanding major and partial projects in technical building equipment
Technical leadership of project teams
Planning and implementation of control and monitoring systems until handover to the operator
Training of operators or service companies in system operation
Monitoring of deadlines, budgets, and invoicing
Preparation of various projectrelated documentation for coordination with suppliers and customers

Qualifications:

Completed university degree in building technology/facility management or a corresponding technical school education
Professional experience in the field of building technology/MSR technology
Knowledge of construction and contract law
Experienced in coordinating multiple trades and service providers
Enthusiasm and enjoyment of working in a team
Systematic work approach
Familiar with MS Office.
