- Design and produce graphics for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines – including display ads, social media, email, digital and print collateral.
- Keep marketing materials up to date by performing updates/revisions as needed.
- Contribute to responsive web design and communicate with web developers.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring that assets are easily accessible for future references and revisions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in technology and design techniques.
- Collaborate with other creatives, marketing managers, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and brand standards.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or related fields.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers
- Evidence of strong academic performance in college
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.
- Experience in designing for digital platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
- Experience in traditional print capabilities such as brochures, collateral, direct mail, etc.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated maturity, strong work ethic, and professionalism in all interactions and deliverables.
