Your focus on efficiency will ensure that projects are delivered promptly, meeting service level agreement commitments, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

What your journey at Episource will look like:


  • In your first three months at Episource, you will foster thriving connections as you spearhead the development and maintenance of robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders collaborating to proactively identify and address priority business questions within Retrieval Operations.

Throughout your first six months at Episource, champion opportunities to elevate the quality of operational data. Pave the way for excellence by crafting and deploying meticulous data quality checks, ensuring that all data aligns with operational objectives.

By the end of your first year at Episource, you will create the backbone of our data ecosystem by constructing the essential infrastructure for seamless extraction, transformation, and loading of data from diverse origins by using SQL, Python, and cutting-edge AWS technologies. Dive into the realm of analytics, crafting sophisticated tools that leverage this data pipeline to illuminate actionable insights, driving operational efficiency and unlocking crucial business performance metrics.

Here is what you'll bring to the Expert Teams at Episource.

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science or similar field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data management
  • 5+ years of advanced SQL experience and experience working with relational databases
  • Experience working with healthcare data such as provider, claims, and/or member data
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices for medical record retrieval, along with an understanding of provider data and how medical records are retained
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook)

Here are a few good-to-haves for the role at Episource:

  • Professional certification preferred
  • Healthcare or technology industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience using Python

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $165,000 / year
