Summary:


What You'll Do:

• Perform accounts receivable collection activities, including recording deposits in the ERP system, submitting disputes via customer portals and following up on past due invoices.
• Research accounts receivable deductions for accuracy and adherence to customer agreements.
• Validate accounts receivable deductions against the various account promotion planners.
• Reconcile sales data with the financial tracking data. This will include working with the Wrike platform and our sales representatives.
• Compile and maintain the supporting schedules for accounts receivable deduction accruals.
• Provide analysis on periodic activity for accounts receivable deductions.
• Ensure existing and new customer accounts are inline with the existing company credit limit policy.
• Check credit references as needed.
• Auditing clients' accounts to ensure accuracy of their invoices.
• Compile Net Sales deductions details for the sales department reporting team.
• Other duties as assigned and necessary.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts receivable or a collections role.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree desired.
• Advanced understanding of Excel formulas (i.e. V-Lookups, If statements, Pivot Tables); ERPs FreshByte and/or SAP a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines.
• Ability to be selfmotivated and work both independently as well as part of a team.
• Grocery or food manufacturing experience a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay:
$67, $70,000.00 per year
