Your challenge

You are state-of-the-art in your field. You can do everything a construction manager (m/f/d) needs to do, but better than the others. You are hands-on and always keep an overview. As part of an experienced and ambitious construction management team, you will face the great challenge: Can you develop your team to be even better than you are?

Tasks:

Construction management of all in-house services and subcontractor trades for turnkey and partially completed construction projects
Monitoring and control of quality, schedule, and cost requirements of projects in the execution phase
Responsibility for construction site setup and implementation of occupational safety regulations
Support of the project manager, e.g. in performance reports and forecasts
Digital documentation of the construction site, invoicing of construction services, and support during the warranty period

Profile:

Completed degree in civil engineering or architecture
Previous experience in project management is an advantage
Good knowledge of construction operations, VOB, and contract management is desirable
