The Stroke Coordinator, under the guidance of the Clinical Analytics Manager, plans, coordinates, evaluates and promotes the stroke program. The Stroke Coordinator works closely with the Stroke Medical Director(s).
He/She collaborates with nursing and medical staff to ensure evidence-based care is provided to patients throughout the continuum of care.
