As an HR Controller, you will take on the following tasks at our location in Kassel as soon as possible. After consultation, you can work in the office in Kassel and from home on a daily basis.

Implementation and further development of globally standardized personnel controlling standards
Support and further development of personnel key figures and controlling systems
Assistance with annual financial statements and reconciliation of HR data with auditors, as well as external expert opinions for personnel provision requirements
Preparation of statistics and evaluations (internal/external) regarding personnel development, personnel costs, and other personnel key figures
Coordination and further development of the annual process for personnel and personnel cost planning, as well as setting planning parameters
Coordination and further development of the mid-year estimation process for personnel and personnel cost development

This is what you bring with you:

Successfully completed business studies, ideally with a focus on controlling and human resources (HR)
Several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of HR controlling
Very good knowledge and skills in MS Office, especially Excel
Secure handling of SAP, especially BW
Very good analytical skills and a strong understanding
