It's a physical job - you may be on your feet for 90% to 95% of your workday. You will be expected to safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Bending, stretching, and climbing ladders will be daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and follow written work instructions, technical specifications, and engineering drawings; complete tubing, electrical wiring, and circuits
- Perform functional product testing utilizing nitrogen and helium; complete hydrostatic testing
- Partner with engineering to troubleshoot any issues and execute any changes needed; complete non conformance reports in Welker's ERP system as needed
- Assemble a wide range of Welker products; support in other areas including painting and sandblasting as needed
These are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill other duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- Comfortable in a warehouse setting and working outdoors in areas without climate control; ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Two plus years of assembly, mechanical, and/or supply chain experience; adept at working in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
- Basic math skills and ability to read a standard tape measure
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Forklift experience a plus; training and certification provided as needed
