Are you a passionate HR professional with several years of experience in the generalist HR field? Do you understand the online world and want to make a significant impact? Then you've come to the right place:

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week)
HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with room for creativity to join our team at our locations in
Heidelberg, Berlin, Munich, or Leipzig with the option for several days of mobile office per week.


Your Mission:


  • As an experienced business partner (m/f/d), you will proactively support employees, provide HRrelated advice to our managers, and act as a competent partner at eye level with the department management
  • You will manage the complete employee life cycle, from recruiting new Verivox colleagues to their continuous support and personal development
  • You will coach managers in various conversation/leadership situations and actively contribute to the development of the Verivox culture
  • You will accompany our transformation and actively contribute to the development of our organization
  • You will proactively identify creative talents, inspire them to join Verivox, and prepare them for future tasks
  • You will participate in optimizing our HR processes, actively contribute to projects related to HR tools, processes, and systems, and see constant change as an opportunity rather than a threat
  • You will shape our HR strategy and see HR work as a central factor for company success
