About this position:

Responsible for working with branch Experience team to develop training curriculum, deliver training and evaluate results of training.

Will work closely with Branch Experience Leadership to coach team members for sustained improvement in development and delivery of training by Branch Experience team.

Will be responsible for the operational soundness of branches and high-quality performance/skill level of branch staff. Will be required to cross-train and stay updated in all areas pertaining to branch operations and staff development. Will be responsible for developing training curriculum, delivering training and evaluating results of training.


Responsibilities
> Manage, develop and deliver training to retail teams. Monitor results of training and adjust if necessary to ensure team members are prepared to remain operationally sound and deliver great customer service.

> Work with Branch Experience Leadership to develop training curriculum to ensure new to role team members are prepared for their roles.

> Assist with the new hire onboarding process and monitor to ensure team members are properly onboarded into role: To include tracking training progress, analyzing skills to determine if additional training is needed and planning and/or delivering any additional training as necessary.

> Manage branch review process to ensure all branches perform self-reviews regularly and are operationally sound and compliant with security requirements, compliance regulations, Company policies and procedures. May respond to Audit findings and address procedural changes.

> Facilitate special projects as designated by Branch Experience Senior Manager or Retail Banking management team.

> Analyze and review data and documentation of processes and related controls to evaluate effectiveness of internal controls and identify best practices. Maintain and update policy and procedure manuals.

> Identify operational gaps Company-wide and develop processes to remediate issues identified.

> Team with branch management staff to address operational issues; design plans and implement solutions to internal control weaknesses and branch audit issues.

> Perform compliance, transactional, and operational testing across all processes. Create reports and presentations for management as appropriate.

> Assist Security with branch fraud issues. Educate branch staff on fraud issues and methods for mitigation.

> Manage vendor relations and work with ERM Committee as appropriate.

Education/Certifications/Experience:

> Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field required, Advanced Degree preferred

> 6 years of experience in banking, financial services, or related field required


Skills/Knowledge:

> Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; ability to learn job related software a must

> Attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, adjust priorities and keep projects on target to completion

> Strong communications skills, both written and verbal; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, and management


Physical Demands:

> Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for brief periods of time.

> Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and computer mouse and keyboard.

> Ability to lift/move up to 15 lbs.
