    Description
    Summary
    Per Sé Group is seeking a Contracts Manager for one of our premier utility clients in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a long-term contract (possibly to 3 years)
    $70-80/hr, plus $700 week per diem, $800 month travel

    Responsibilities
    • Will be monitoring small and large sub contracts, whether EPC or pieced out
    • Full life-cycle contract management, inception through negotiations through selections through KPI review, risk mitigation through construction execution through close out
    • Warranty, claims experience a key requirement
    • Comfortable in the construction field approx
      70% of the time and 30% in the office
    • Should be able to put together SOW for PO's; write contractual notices and Owner to Contractor drafts.
    • Tracks Owner and Contractor deliverables necessary to administer the EPC contract
    • Assists Project Controls department with forensic analysis of contractor schedules and invoices.
    • Serves as point person for Change Order evaluation, routing, and approvals

    Preferred Skills & Expertise
    • SAP experience is a plus, but not required
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Strong ability to communicate both to internal stakeholders and external
    • Must have Construction Manager or Project Manager experience in utilities
