    Summary

    Per Sé Group is seeking a Contracts Manager for one of our premier utility clients in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
    This is a long-term contract (possibly to 3 years). $70-80/hr, plus $700 week per diem, $800 month travel


    ResponsibilitiesWill be monitoring small and large sub contracts, whether EPC or pieced out Full life-cycle contract management, inception through negotiations through selections through KPI review, risk mitigation through construction execution through close out.

    Warranty, claims experience a key requirement
    Comfortable in the construction field approx. 70% of the time and 30% in the officeShould

    be able to put together SOW for PO's; write contractual notices and Owner to Contractor drafts.

    Tracks Owner and Contractor deliverables necessary to administer the EPC contractAssists Project Controls department with forensic analysis of contractor schedules and invoices.

    Serves as point person for Change Order evaluation, routing, and approvals
    Preferred Skills & ExpertiseSAP experience is a plus, but not requiredProficient in MS Office Suite
    Strong ability to communicate both to internal stakeholders and external Must have Construction Manager or Project Manager experience in utilitiesPandoLogic
