Job Title Production Operator/Assembler II
Reports to:
Production Lead/Supervisor/Manager
Department:
Operations
Basic functions
Assembles medical devices in accordance with specific procedures and drawings in a strictly controlled environment.
This is a mid-level production position performing more complex assembly activities as defined by Manufacturing procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform assembly operations as directed by Lead or Supervisor
- GMP, ISO and procedural compliance.
- Ensuring equipment is calibrated prior to performing an operation.
- Observe and promote safety and quality awareness.
- Performing routine Preventive maintenance on production tools and equipment
- Label printing and label verification
- Performing more complex assembly operations (SMARTFlow cannula for example).
Qualifications
Experience
- 35yrs of medical device assembly experience.
Special Skills
- Utilize manufacturing tools and devices, such as microscope, measuring devices (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Communication skills and attention to detail are very important
- Understanding of quality system requirements: 21CFR820, ISO 13485.
Education
- High School Education or Equivalent
- Able to read and write in English

$ $24.00 per hour
