We are looking for an exceptional individual to oversee the sales and operations of one of our European Wax Center locations.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have previous management experience Must demonstrate strong coaching skills and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer service and sales-oriented environment.

Applicants must have 5+ years of high performance, strong analytics and exceptional team leadership.

Earnings:

Base Salary $40,000 + bi-weekly commissions + monthly bonuses =

Total Estimated Compensation:
$50,000-$60,000.

What we are looking for
:


  • 5+ years of management experience, preferably within a relevant industry.
  • Flexible work schedule, including morning, evening, and weekends.
  • Able to work 40+ hours a work week.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving selling and operational excellence by hiring, leading, retaining, motivating, and developing effective Team Members.
  • Highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems promptly.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with associates.
  • Strong knowledge of the business landscape and ability to translate findings to positively impact Center level business.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive, personable, and detailoriented.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create an open and positive work environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and an obsession with creating the ultimate Team Member and guest experience.
