Summary:

Cleans and stocks public and/or service bars ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests.

Essential Job Functions:

Stocks beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer and other beverages.
Monitors pump room.
Washes glasses, bar, and equipment and polishes bar fixtures.
Restocks bar snacks.
Cleans bar area including floors, counters and other surfaces.
Removes empty bottles and trash.
Performs all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months or more related experience or training preferred.
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Physical and Mental Demands:

Regularly required to see, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms and see.
Frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear.
Occasionally required to speak and hear.
Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under occasional fast paced and noisy work conditions.
Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment
