Junior Underwriter
You are a highly motivated self-starter. You are ambitious, driven and determined to succeed. You are resourceful and you find a way, not an excuse. Primarily, you will underwrite (analyze bank/credit card statements, analyze tax returns, research, analyze credit reports, conduct client interviews, review stipulations, etc.)
Excellent qualitative and mathematical skills
Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions and communications
Maintain a positive attitude to perform well in a team environment
Exceptional people skills to communicate with sales, management, and thirdparty contractors
Excellent judgment to consider and evaluate risk factors in each submission reviewed
Adaptable. You can adapt to change and ensure you are using the correct tools given. (templates, calculator, chain of command.)
Ensure all posted offers follow Lendr's underwriting guidelines and prepare and scrub files for funding
Performing extensive due diligence searches on each client submission that is eligible for an offer, including lien searches, landlord verifications, order credit reports, and background searches
Microsoft Office, Adobe, and electronic docusign skills are a plus.
