    Job Description

    As the Director of Revenue Operations for the Growth Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving the strategy to mature business capabilities across sales technology, automation and sales processes to improve overall sales and revenue generation performance.

    The ideal candidate is a builder at heart, who is passionate about improving sales processes, optimizing the salesforce and developing productive and collaborative relationships with sales leadership and technology partners to improve the sales and revenue operations. You will oversee sales data to monitor and communicate forecasts with the broader team. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough data analysis to offer insights into our team's performance and recommendations for revenue growth strategies.

    Alongside our technology partners, you will be responsible for crafting the Sales Process, Technology and Automation roadmaps, ensuring delivery against deadlines through proactive prioritization of backlog with highest business value and clear accountabilities for projects and deliverables. This role will report directly to the Business Unit Head, who leads two essential revenue teams: Deal Sourcing and Capital Prospecting.

    What you can expect:
    • Sales Process Development & Optimization: Propose and Implement solutions to streamline and optimize sourcing process
    • Sales Funnel Oversight: Monitor and OPTIMIZE sourcing funnel, ensuring progression of leads
    • Sales Automation Tools Management: Assess the adequacy and usage of current automation tools & build new ones
    • CRM Data Management: Maintain and optimize CRM (Hubspot) data for accuracy and consistency & create optimal dashboards to share progress
    • Sales Forecasting and Analysis: Conduct sales forecasting and data analysis to provide insights
    • Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Work with Head of Growth to develop goals based on data insights
    • Team Leadership, Management and Communication: Oversee & support sourcing team activities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
    Experience / Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree is required, MBA preferred
    • 8+ years of work experience in Revenue/Sales Operations
    • Proven track record in successfully growing and scaling sales processes through technology and automation
    • Expert understanding of CRM Systems (e.g., Hubspot) and sales automation tools
    • A team player with the ability to quickly build trusted relationships with your team and cross functional partners
    • A strong project manager with excellent time management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Passion for streamlining sales processes and working with sales teams
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
    • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and solve problems with a solution-oriented mindset
    • Passionate about learning and always seek opportunities to expand your knowledge
    Salary Range

    The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $200,000 - $225,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
