To strengthen our team in the building department, we are looking for a motivated and dedicatedClerk for Real Estate (m/f/d)
This is a full-time, permanent position (39 hours/week).
The salary is based on EG 6 TVöD-VKA, depending on the assigned tasks and your qualifications.
Your responsibilities
- Real estate management (contractual usage regulations, lease agreements, maintaining and providing real estate records, etc.)
- Arranging for appraisals/consultations/surveys and attending survey appointments
- Creating official real estate maps in cooperation with the State Office for Surveying and Geoinformation, as well as handling their billing
- Conducting area surveys and preparing statistics
- Assisting with contract negotiations (purchase agreements)
- Assisting with the acquisition, sale, and exchange/gift (excluding building rights) of developed and undeveloped properties and buildings, including determining inheritance and arranging for settlement
- Creating lease agreements or usage agreements for municipally owned undeveloped properties
- Assisting with the registration of easements
- Successfully completed vocational training as a clerk in public administration, legal assistant, or notary assistant, or equivalent
- Experience in public administration is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- Sense of responsibility, ability to make decisions, and reliable independent work ethic
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Class B driver's license
