As a recruitment agency, we have been tasked by our client to find an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with a focus on employer branding.


Your responsibilities:


  • Advising employees from a defined group on all personnelrelated issues
  • Acting as a sparring partner for managers and supporting the strategic development of departments
  • Being the point of contact for employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Responsible for the recruiting process from briefing the requirements with the department to final placement
  • Independently coordinating HR administration
  • Within our personnel development, you will manage the performance and feedback process for your area and derive further training measures (e.g. LinkedIn Learning for all employees)
