Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Prior knowledge of basic principles of sterilization, surgical instrumentation, and disinfecting is preferred. Communication skills, listening abilities, ability to deal with stress, and ability to react to emergency and crisis situations.

Must be a Certified registered central service technician within 18 months of hire.
