Job Description:

  • About this role: As a member of our team in Marlboro Village, MD, you will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure and equipment installation projects on site.
  • What you will do:
  • Lead complex infrastructure and equipment installation projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. Facility Management, Production) to plan equipment installations
  • Ensure project goals are met (e.g. production capacity planning)
  • Execute projects according to agreed upon plan and within set boundaries (specifications, quality, timing, costs, reporting, and organization)
  • Provide team leadership, including guidance and conflict management
  • Manage all requested changes and establish a change management process
  • Analyze project risks and develop strategies to overcome them
  • What you will need:
  • Completed Master's degree, preferably in a technical field
  • Ideally 3 years of experience in project management (experience with equipment hook up and infrastructure is a plus)
  • Knowledge of semiconductors, particularly semiconductor equipment and processes, is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
  • PMI certification or similar is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to problems
  • Strong team player with a handson mentality and drive for success
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
