Training as an Educator (m/f/d)

Our Mittelbruchzeile daycare center has a total capacity of 180 children aged 1 year to school entry. We work according to the partially open concept and the situational approach.

Your tasks:
You support in shaping the daily routine at the daycare center
You implement your own ideas and smaller projects with the children
You play, comfort, mediate, and organize
You support in planning and implementing projects and excursions

Your profile:
You ideally already have a training position at a school that is authorized to train state-recognized educators. If not, we will help you find one
You enjoy working with children and the team and are interested in contributing to an open concept
You are open to the topics of early childhood education and participation
You are excited about working with the team and the organization
What you can look forward to:
30 days of vacation + 2 regeneration days
