ServiceNow Integration Specialist (f/m/d)

Located in Winchester, VA

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • As a ServiceNow Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Customer Success organization, working closely with clients to ensure they are utilizing our cuttingedge technical capabilities for their success.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to guide LeanIX customers and represent our technical leadership.
  • Work to incubate new capabilities for our product and strive for an exceptional track record.
  • Use your selfmotivation and technical expertise to find the best solutions for our clients' business needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expert knowledge in ServiceNow and other relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with Java, JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, and integration solutions (API, ETL, ESB).
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
  • Passion for new technologies and modern software development.
  • Ability to inspire and provide solutions for our clients' challenges and questions.
